We visited a jade factory to see some Chinese jade. Christine is seen here at the entrance, trying to get some good luck by rubbing the jade sculpture!
This actually is a mythological animal, a pixiu, 貔貅, which is believed to bring good luck to the owner. It has the power to drive away all evil spirits and stop them entering a house when placed at the entrance.
